I heard that. If I counted all the weight I ever lost, Iāve likely lost 250 to 300 pounds. But 100 have been gone for 16 years now.

I lost 50 maybe 12 years ago. Then 70 5 or 6 years ago. Iām determined to keep it off this time.

My doctor told me that for every 10 pounds I kept off, I would likely live 2-3 years longerā¦ Thatās motivation.
