Do you crush the mosquito bits up? How do you use them on the plants if needed?

It was ready to use when I bought it…. Haven’t used any since end of last week… trimmed up the plants they are looking better slowly but surely….
I have the sticky strips also …. Is there one that is better than another?
Thank you I’m making notes of all suggestions… just need to figure out nutrients now…. Bought a PH tester, Aperaph20, got it calibrated water is at 6.8… have it in a bucket with a aerator going for watering the plants
Soaked some in water and discarded the shells of mosquito bites… have the water set aside if needed…
Ya that’s the issue, that stuff will fry them if you spray with the lights on. And no you don’t have to crush up the mosquito bits, just pour liberally around the top of the soil.
