Urine as a Fertiler

I started using my Urine diluted at 10:1 with water on my mature lady’s. They seem to love it, and it’s free NPK. Good read here.

Don’t they call that a golden shower?

I saw a story on this in a magazine while I was waiting on my infusion treatment. It was on a toilet being developed to separate the urine and had a dehydrator or you had to use a separate one. I can’t remember how it worked just saw your post and it reminded me of the article

Won’t bacteria grow in soil on roots and all.

There’s billions of bacteria n fungi in soil already that’s a big part of the living in living soil

I heard a podcast about this by Epic Gardening. Here is the article they wrote about it. Sounds gross maybe to some people, but the science behind it is legit. My dog and I pee around the outside of the garden from time to time to try to keep deer and rabbits away, lol.

Old timers been pissing on their fruit trees for a long time. They say the trees produce better. I’ll never know!

Jacks is made with urea, now I’m sure (not positive) they use synthetic urea but pee has it in there naturally and animal urine has been used for nitrogen for years

Urea is naturally produced when the liver breaks down protein or amino acids, and ammonia . The kidneys then transfer the urea from the blood to the urine. Extra nitrogen is expelled from the body through urea, and because it is extremely soluble, it is a very efficient process

And this is why Mary M. Contrary never did give a straight answer to the question as to “How does her garden Grow?”

I have dry amendments that will add pee to my plant without me having to drop trousers

But would I smoke weed that I knew had a pee in the soil? I’m sure, during the chemical breakdown that the plant does it’s no longer pee just byproducts good and bad

If pee was the only thing I had to worry about being in my weeds soil I’d be happy…I’m still buying off the street weed
Could have anything in it for all I know

When I was composting, my cut hair, fingernail clippings, phlegm and urine all made it into the pile. Worms are going to eat and poop all that before anything grows whether it’s mine in my backyard or someone else’s somewhere else.

I stopped composting/growing food outside at home because I was worried about far nastier industrial things in the soil. We’ve no shortage of brown fields around here.

My grow is indoor hydro and won’t include organic waste. But if was outside I’d definitely pee on it.

@EarlyBear no disrespect. But the picture I got from your story of “ingredients” that go into your garden was pretty funny. Please tell me you have a full beard, bib overalls, barefoot, and live in the middle of no where. A bonus if next to your pot garden you have a still. I don’t care, lie to me. It’ll make my day!

Many long time compost making gardeners put urine on their compost pile as it helps break down the carbon items in there faster, according to something on the internet. Makes sense to me.
