“My problem is two of my AK-47 auto are struggling as they have major deficiencies. Don’t know how these AK-47 auto will turn out so late for an outdoor grow but I’ll keep my fingers crossed. Outdoor grow as always! ILGM germinating procedures as always. Miracle grow seedling soil and shade until secondary leaves start to show. Late summer weather in the Northeast US. Stunted primary or NO primary leaves (see photos), immature seeds, poor genetics or age can only explain these failures as I consider myself an experienced grower.”
I’m fairly new but those pots look pretty wet and the green film on top of them I think confirms that or perhaps not enough light. Miracle grow seedling soil meaning nothing slow release included?
They need to dry out. They are way too wet as evident by the moss growing on the soil. Those pots are probably not draining properly and they need to come out of those peat type pots.
I doubt the roots can grow in soil that wet. I would gently transplant them into larger pots and let them dry out some.
I doubt it is poor genetics or problems with the seeds. Unless you didn’t buy them at ILGM.
I agree with @bob31 but if you’re using miracle grow that stuff is way too hot I would wash it a few times before you transfer into the bigger pots unless you have access to different soil ( medium )
those look like peat pots they grow all types of mold and fungi if there to humid, transplant and keep them drier miracle grow seedling soil is like .5,.5,.5 nkp i use that with every thing i grow.
