Ppm and ph and measuring before and after feeding

#1

I have been measuring ppm in the water before feeding and notice that is lowers the ph quite a bit so then I have to adjust the ph to the 6.5 and then the ppm goes up. Is this normal?

@Donaldj @bob31 @Countryboyjvd1971 I’m not to familiar with tbis PPM just yet. Figure you could provide a better answer.
@hippy4life I’ve tagged someone who can answer better than myself for you.

Yes. Because you are adding chemicals to the water so it raises the TDS @hippy4life

I never check the TDS until the pH is set.
