I wanted to know how do my plants look for 4 weeks old? Are they ok or did I miss up some where?

Great start at 4 weeks. However am seeing something in the front left one and middle one back, something looks like it’s on the edge leaves? Any discoloration or burn, or am getting old?

Thank you. Not old yet the far left one did have I think light burn. So I moved the lights higher.
