Why does my plant die after germination?
There could be all sorts of reasons a seed will germinate but then die. Too much nutrients in the growing medium could kill the new seedling. No nutrients at all after the seed uses up its resources could cause it to die. What is the temperature? Some strains are sensitive to the temperature of the growing media.

Knowing the circumstances around the plant dying would be helpful.
