Looks like insect eggs?

I have five different varieties which are doing nicely outdoors since transplanting. Virtually all of them have these on several leaves.

What can/should I do to prevent/eliminate this?

It does look like insect damage. Typically they will be under the leaves.
Would probably be good to treat them with some Jacks Dead Bug.

@dcmarik @Spiney_norman again spot on!! If not the CJDB then some use Neem Oul solution.
