I am growing white widow auto flowering and want to know if 12/12 light schedule is needed when growing autoflowering varieties??

Autoflowers should flower no matter the light cycle. And you want to grow them under 24 hours of light, especially in the beginning to maximize their size before they start to flower. Sometimes they may need a little help to start flowering when you want them to by dropping to a 20/4 or 18/6 day/night or light/dark period. But you should never really need a 12/12 cycle.

I’m growing two different auto’s right now , and I’m doing 24/0 on right now until week 3 than turn on 18/6 and a light nutrient feeding .
