Hello, i want to ask something. I use light 600w, so how many distance from plants to light in the vegetative stage and flowering stage?
LED Or HPS?

I use a 1000 watt HPS and I keep that between 24 and 30 inches just depending on the environment, how plants are handling the light, etc.
You might be able to find a chart/diagram online for your light that will guide you with distance.
Before you get settled maybe wait for some of the pros to chime in? I’m relatively new to trying to grow seriously.

If it’s HPS, you can lower it until the top of the plant feels warm on you hand. That’s around 18 inches or 46 centimeters. As the plant grows, keep raising it so the top is not too warm.
If it’s LED, then it probably is not really 600 watts. You can get a lot closer, like maybe 12 inches before the leaves start to get light burned.
