Late flower lighting

I think I remember reading on here that dimming your lights a bit for the last two weeks of flowering prevents foxtailing?

Is this true?

I need the end of a grow and would like the last two weeks be as smooth as the rest of this grow.

Here’s some Bud Porn.

Yes, that is true. I drop my DLI from ~60 to about ~40 when starting week 8 after flip.

This good to know. I had trouble with foxtailing last grow. I use a cmh 315. I’m not sure what dli is though, or how to measure, and adjust it.

I am in a 3x3. I had 430w blasting these girls. I turned it down to 230. I’m looking forward to this harvest.
