Looks like possible nutrient burn but not knowing the particulars it’s hard to say.

Soil looks week also - betcha it has a slow release in it like Miracle Grow

if it has a time release flushing will actually make the issue worse since the ferts are moisture activated 
Looks like combo of PH and overwatering to me but a ticket would give a better answer
