Possibly. Are you feeding and checking ppm and pH ?

Feeding yes but 1/2dose.micro bloom grow
Ppm is wild in living soil like 6000 ppm and ph on runoff is perfect
Sometimes a P or K excess will mimic a deficiency.
Might be too much food. Are they upper or lower leaves.
Upper would be excess nutes, lower probably just old dying fans.

I hated this plant start to finish never looked healthy or happy but its cut washed and hung up to dry smells good. Trics were 60% amber
