So not sure why but these girls seem sad and won’t lift up I’ve watered them and just seem to stay down like this and reason!? Maybe not enough water??

Has it been that way for more than a day? It’s not uncommon for cannabis to pout for a few hours at a time, particularly around the time of lights on or lights off.
Among the most common causes for drooping are overwatering and pH out of range.

That shouldn’t cause that much droop.
And all the uppers are twisting.
Ph and ppm of last feed/watering would be the first place Id look.
