hi im in about week 9 of flower the buds are pretty small but i feel like the losing there thc crystals (rosin) any tips or pointers?

There’s a couple reasons for this, handling them, lights to close damages the trichomes and evaporates the terpenes, I’m probably forgetting another because I forget everything

It’s a little blurry when I zoom in but I see frost on it and I think they look good pretty color
