Just like to know if watering a plant with fishy tuna water, is good or bad.
One of my friends say it help alot but water the plant every 2 to 3 weeks, not on the plant around it.

Well; Hard to say. Pure tuna packed in spring water, would probably be OK. If the tuna came in oil; Definitely not.
I have heard of people using fish tank water for Aquaponics; Or raising fish for Nitrogen filled water.
In the old days; Native Americans Would plant a fish next to the stalks of veggies in the garden.
