Building My First Grow Room

My room is in my basement and measures 8’D X 7’W X 9’ H. It will be lined with white Mylar on walls, floors and ceiling with two 1000W equiv. LED grow lights (will take readings after install to insure enough light). My pots are 7-gallons each. There will be 10 gallons water storage to allow the water to reach room temperature between watering.

I will place moisture sensors in the pots that will be connected to the control computer. The control computer will then control the lighting, watering (pumped from storage tank) and the ventilation fan (on at 77F and off at 70F).

Still working out some of the details, any thoughts or advice would be most welcome.

Might I recommend? These things are invaluable to me and really save me time and effort. First isthetitan controls they make one for every light and fan setup. I keep as many of the electronics as I can mounted outside my grow room, I found they live longer when not constantly under hot humid conditions. Secondly this sensor is a life saver.
