Mine is a B-spec but I turn it down all the way and run it around 12 to 15 inches above.

I was going to run 2 autos here pretty soon in the next couple of weeks do I want to plant seed in to final home?
Or can I start her if in a solo cup and then 3 gal?

You can do either or,
Nursery pots are something you should get if you don’t already have them.
If you decide to go so cup then pre cut it so you can easily take it apart and transplant as soon as leafs hit the edge. You want that tap root to go down fast as possible.
If it’s a 3 gallon and not a 5 gallon I would just plant it right in the 3 gallon if your comfortable with your watering and not over watering young plants.
Dome them for the first couple days.

Get the ones that are abiut the size of a solo. Cup. You just transplant em in and the roots grow right through don’t even slow em down its amazing.
