2000w led to start seeds

My led pulls 390 from the wall. Can I use it to start my seeds if it’s 4 or 5 feet above them?

Probably, choose a height and watch your plant and see how she responds. If she doesn’tt like it, raise it 3-4" and watch her again, move and repeat…you’ll find the sweet spot :+1:

I would start 36" away. If you see stretching lower it a bit.
