I’ve read best time is at night right after lights out or right before. That way it doesn’t burn em. Just my 2 cents buuuut I’d wait for more replies before any action.

2-3 hours before sunrise is the most ideal time. But yes, you can also do it at dusk!

I wouldn’t recommend a foliar spray. Just add it to your next feeding. I don’t know how much you would want to add though? Would you like me to tag someone who can answer that? @Wolfmankush
