Naturally you only want to clone the best plants. But you don’t know which plants are best until after harvest. How do you choose which plants to clone before you have smoked them? And, how long can you keep a mother plant for cloning?

You look for the strongest most vigorous plants.

And the ones that smell the strongest easy way to determine who smells stronger is lightly rubbing stock with 2 fingers. Stronger scented ones are indicators of healthy plants that make good donors to eventually become mothers
