The seedling phase started doing great but last week the leaves were starting turning yellow from the bottom leaves to the upper leaves, changed the ph level in water (was in 7.07 to 6.22 lower), temperature is 26 Degrees celsius and the humidity is in 72%. Any advice on how to get them healthy again?

Once a leaf loses its color or worse has signs of burn from nutrients ive never seen them “come back to life”. They may grow out, but yellow or discolored tend to forever stay that way. The positive thing is these leaves are important now, but in a few weeks will have no purpose and can be removed or in the case of A few of those leaves they can be removed.
All of your plants look to be troubled so you should consider providing the group more info to better assist
