Yellow tips indicate slight over use of nutrients. I’d suggest to water only for the next couple waterings.
Do you have a ph and ppm meter? The ppm meter will tell you how much nutrients are going in and coming out in your runoff. It looks like your ph is in check so I’m assuming you have that under control.
Thanks for the reply!!! Yes I have a PH meter but no PPM meter! I understand that I should be more careful with feeding

Cut back the strength of the nutrients to like 75% and see what happens
