I’d say you pushed her a bit hard with the N. They call it ‘painting her nails’. Be careful with overages.

I don’t see any curling or edge damage or bleaching but it could’ve contributed I guess.

Flush to remove excess. Then read your ph and ppm with your nutes before and runoff after. Over water each watering so unused nutes get pushed down and out of your container. A flush will reset your soil and you’ll feed to begin again.
