Down at bottom of my Northern light plant there is one leaf yellow and one leaf holy. It’s around 5-6 weeks old using 18/6 light
What is all over the leaves? Are you misting or dusting the plant?
Ultrasonic humidifier?
Misting.
And I have a cool mist humidifier
Not a good idea. Water to runoff if the plant is sized right for the pot and let the substrate dry completely before watering again.

As far as the leaves go on a plant 5 or 6 weeks old you can expect a few bottom leaves to yellow and die.
