Im not a dwc person but for what i see is the start of a potassium def going by the edges of ur leaves. But apart from that healthy

Burned tips, edges, and dark green leaves indicate a bit too much nitrogen. Not really enough to worry about. Pushing the nutes a bit is a good thing.

A potassium deficiency would be accompanied by lightening of the leaves.

More information can help us figure out why you are having deformities at the tips. My first question would be what are your pH and PPM numbers.

How often do you fully replace your water reservoir? Do you check pH and TDS daily? Water temperature and have you added any beneficial microbes like Hydroguard to your system.
Looks like a systematic problem with water supply.
