Thanks bro! A dude needs some advice guys! Watcha thinkin?
How long has she been in flower. I’ve taken to harvesting WW later. Like week 10-11 of flower.
9 weeks flower!
Watch the video and check your trichomes.
Been checking trichomes every other day. I am starting to see a little amber in some so I’m really really close. I just fed nutrients last night. I am wanting to plan on trimming on a weekend. Si in your opinion where would you go from here as far as harvesting and allowing to dry to trim on weekend? Appreciate it homie!

@Clyde5 , yo, amber on buds counts. Amber on leaves not so much. Leaves trichomes may amber Weeks before buds. They are filling up though. Getting milky. I had a NL auto go 16+ weeks. Well worth the wait but I learned that it don’t happen overnight so relax you’re almost there.
Seems like this mofo been going for 3 years now lol. Patience homie!!! Thanks bro. Keep checking em out. Maybe another week or so…chop chop!!
I think im going to just flush from here on out. I have noticed that she has been taking less and less water.
Flush it now and for the next 2 weeks feed it just un sulphured molasses with water. The flush will take out nutes in soil and the buds will use up the nutes in the bud as it keeps going sucking up the sweet water and then harvest. There will be some that say it’s a waste of time just pull it but a lot of people just take what others say without trying it their selves.
I’ve been reading on adding unsulphered molasses. The soil is almost dry from feeding from Friday. I just flushed this plant last week. So you’re suggesting flush again and just water with molasses for 2 weeks then chop chop? 1tsp molasses per 1 gallon water? I’ll continue to update. Thanks for input homie!
I flushed my plant and with the last gallon of flush a ran 1 gallon with 1.5 tbsp molasses. See what happens. I hope everything turns out and is some good smoke!
UPDATE 1/26! MY PLAN IS TO CHOP NEXT FRIDAY 2/4. I’M PLANNING TO TRIM 2/12 OR 2/13. WHAT YALL THINK?
Yes that’s it. You’ll be happy
Ok. So have harvested the white widow. I am 3 days into drying. I have kept my humidity around 50-60% and temperatures around 60-70 degrees. Ok so I know we have heard of it but WHAT IS UP WITH THE HAY SMELL?
The hay smell happens when you first harvest your plants and the chlorophyll moves to the tips of the buds from the stems and stalks. It is present in the entire plant. When you harvest your buds they are still moist and some of that moisture is chlorophyll.
They key to having weed that does not smell like hay is in the curing and drying process. Plants that are cured and dried too fast are usually the ones that have the hay smell. Curing and drying slowly will help avoid it altogether.
As hard as it is to leave your plants hanging and drying when you really want to smoke them, this is the biggest factor in avoiding the smell. Let them dry for as long as you possibly can.
This gives the terpenes more time to level out, and the terpenes are what give the buds the good smell you are trying to go for.
Here are some other tips to help you get the best smelling weed:
