I picked these up from home depot real quick to help with some ph issues in my feeding solution…my question would be would this be safe to use until my actual ph up and down come in?

Probably I know some people use white vinegar to lower ph.
I’m not sure of your growing media, or nute line.
For soil(ish) grows, you can use potassium bicarbonate to raise pH. To lower pH you can use citric acid, lemon juice, cal-mag, or even some grow/bloom nutes.
