Would a 15w LED light bulb 3 red 2 blue be ok or a 15w 3 white 2 blue?

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

would a 15w LED light bulb 3 red 2 blue be ok or a 15w 3 white 2 blue? There’s also a 36w LED. I’m in Australia and it’s very hard to find suitable small lightning, I just want to do 1 plant at a time as it’s just for personal medicinal use.

Those bulbs would probably be ok to germinate under but for full grow not the best option

Coming from experience, these things are as much use as a chocolate teapot, same with the 4 red/1 blue flexible LED strip.

He’d be better rigging up 7 14w or higher 3000K led replacement bulbs with the globes cut off unless he wishes to shout something like a UFO up from AliExpress

I wouldn’t use colored bulbs, white led bulbs are the best you can probably use if that’s all you can get your hands on. Buy a light socket splitter so you can plug two bulbs into one socket, then get 2 of them so you can have 4 bulbs. Either buy 14w a19 bulbs or 23w CFL bulbs, daylight for veg, soft white for flowering.
