Worried about seeds

I need an opinion on my starter seeds. I’m using blue lights. Heating pad. Spraying once in morning and once at night only if looks dry. Please let me know what you think. I’m clueless and worried

Stop spraying and let the soil dry out some.
Avoid getting the plant wet while under the lights or you will cook them.
You should transplant them soon.
But they look good.

I wouldnt rush the transplant for another week at least. But like Mr Norman said. Give em some time to drain. Cant push through soaking wet dirt
