Worm casings, yes or no

Hi all, just wondering what people’s thoughts are on adding worms casings or “black gold” to plants.

I am using a perlite hydro soil mix. Also feeding nutes.

I’ve used worm casings before and honestly haven’t noticed a difference from not using it. I don’t use it any more.

I do add some worm casings an mix in when filling pots.
I Also scratch in some worm frass throughout the grow.

I mix coco coir with composted cow manure or worm castings. It’s perfect for my new plants.
