So I’m going to change out the soil to happy frog fox farm, and switch to a bigger container being as I’m changing soil anywho, going from a red solo cup to a 6 inch pot with wholes drilled in sides and bottom, any suggestions for when I transfer and add new soil?

Looking at the plant it’s not exactly happy in the soil that it’s in. I would go ahead and transplant. If your plant is an auto I would put it in its final home. If it’s a photo plant you can pot up a couple times if you like.
