Spray everything, top to bottom, over and under the leaves.
I don’t think it matters what kind of water - I use tap water any time I’m mixing for a foliar spray of any kind.

Thanks. Ill pull them all out of the tent to make sure i get everything covered with peroxide.
Be sure to get them where the airflow is excellent, or better. I would replace each one back into the tent one at a time as I go, to ensure they’re circulating thoroughly as they dry. The last thing we want is to add water to mold spores and let it stick around too long.
It’ll all be alright, though. You saw it, removed it, and now we’ll treat it.
Might want to grow a little less plant in that space in the future.
100% agree. 1 or 2 photos in there next grow.
Hopefully the mold is under control. Peroxide washed the ladies and scrubbed down the whole tent. Removed a bunch of lower buds & leaves to improve airflow more. Blasted the plants with a big box fan until visibly dry before putting them in tent. Fingers crossed. Only lost one main cola when moving the wet plants.
To give you an idea @Bigb2 i have 6 going in a 12x8 and those 6 take up half the space. I purposly grew these a little smaller thab my other ones…
@ChittyChittyBangin Yours looks good. For some novice idea, i thought a sog set up with autos was a good idea. They shot up to 4’ when they stretched. Maybe because i pruned the side branches so they would fit.
Good. One can never be too careful. Keep the airflow up, the RH down, and you’re golden.
@ChittyChittyBangin @Graysin
I got paranoid about the mold, and decided to chop everything yesterday before i had any signs of new mold. I have a drying question. I turned my exhaust fan in the tent down to where i have a slight negative pressure. I have two 6" fans circulating under the drying plants in the tent. They are lowest setting. Temps are 65 - 70F and humidity is at 56rh.
How much air movement is recommended in there? My last grow i dried everything in a wedryer, so I am unsure.
Just a low setting to stir the air around is fine.
Did you do a bud wash? If not, it’s time to do that first.
I didn’t. I thought id be good since i had just sprayed them down heavily a couple days ago. I did spray the tent down again while i had them out. Hopefully i dont regret not washing them.
Wash them, if mold spores were around, they will spread.
Yeah, the bud wash is a 5-10 minute process, of which the buds are only actually wet wet for like 90 seconds. A strong desk fan or oscillating fan will help blow the buds dry again - you can go back to just drying them business as usual afterward.
My process is just 16-32 ounces of drugstore hydrogen peroxide (3%, the standard stuff you can get anywhere) into a 5gal bucket of water. Dunk the branch/plant (usually I have to divide my plants into a couple branches to wash and dry them) into the 5gal bucket of peroxide water. Swish around for 30 seconds. Pull it out, let it drip a little, then dunk it into plain water - I use 5 gal buckets for this, too, but anything works as long as it’s clean. Swish for another 5-10 seconds and then shake the whole branch to get the water droplets off as much as possible without disturbing the buds.
Hang it all up and get the fans blowing on high just below the plant, the idea is lots of airflow fast, not quite on the buds but damn close so they dry fast from the external water.
You’ll add maybe a half day or day to your dry time, but it will be worth doing so you don’t lose the entire harvest.
The wash didn’t seem to hurt them. H2o2 container seemed pretty oily when i dumped it? Assuming this is normal. Turned the oscillating fans back on high just below the plants. Also turned up the exhaust fan, so i can pull more of the 55% rh air from the surrounding room into the tent. Figure i can reduce fans and adjust air exchange tomorrow if water dries off.
Absolutely.
Not unusual, plant lipids and all that.
THC isn’t water soluble, so no risk there.
Glad you went with the wash - I skipped it exactly one time and will never skip it again. That was a heartbreaking cola to lose
I must have had the fans up too high after the bud wash. They were done drying a day after wash. Total of 5 days of drying. Kinda brittle feeling on the outside, but 10 to 12% with a moisture meter. I put them in grove bags with 62rh boveda packs. They seem to be rehydrating a little.
