So ive been dealing with some thrips and i messed up and sprayed some captain jack while the lights are on and burned the tops kind of bad and was wondering do yall think the will survive

The plant will survive what you did but the burned leaves will not recover. Look to new growth for improvement.
Do a hybrid spray: 50/50 3% peroxide/distilled water in a pump sprayer and really douche the plant down, including soil layer and outside of fabric pot. Pay attention to undersides of leaves. Wait 24 hours then hit with Captain Jack’s Dead Bug Brew or Safer BtK spray. Wait 5 days then repeat.
