Will it hurt the buds if they are touching the sides of the box?

A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks

First time in a cashcrop box hydro setup…made the mistake of starting 2 of the autos from my mix pack…running out of room…will it hurt the buds if they are touching the sides of the box?

I had buds touching the sides of my tent and didn’t notice any problems. I’d think as long as they’re getting light and not too crowded they should be ok

I’ve solved it this way: I bought a garden stretch net that I stretched around the inner perimeter, preventing the buds from touching the walls.
When the wind cycle is correctly set, mold formation is avoided and the net helps to prevent the fruit from squeezing
