Hey guys back again but this time I started growing Sour diesel and an unknown strain that seems to growing differently than from I’ve seen. My guess is we just need to put them outside instead of shining a low intensity light. Any help would be great. 
Stretching I believe trying to get closer to the light. What kind of light and how far away is it?

Definitely needs more light.

It’s only a 9watt red/blue grow light. I used it before and it worked well but this setup is a little different. The light itself is around 2ft away from the plant.
Get a couple of daylight (6500k) cfl bulbs and drop it right down on that girl within a few inches.
