No not really you really need to zoom way in so you can see the trichlones. If they are clear like water drops it’s not ready. If they look good in color it’s ready.

Can you choose when you want to harvest with the trichhome options ?
Basically , can I harvest at any of the chart stages . To choose what type of effect the strain would have or is this what shows when growing that strain with that effect .

Yes, you can choose to harvest at any point you like.
I actually prefer to harvest on the early side. I prefer the effects.
The best I have had was an Amnesia Haze harvested when half cloudy and half clear. It felt like some of the stuff I had back in the late 70s that I really loved.
And you can harvest parts of the plant at different times to test effects and see what you may like.
Curing time effects the way it feels so try it early and after curing a few weeks and then after a few months. Some strains benefit from aging, others seem to be the same no matter how young or old.
