I’m finding these spots on many of my leaves. What could this be from?
Outdoor? Looks like pests to me. Aphids, thrips, spider mites, russet mites etc. Plus good old fashioned caterpillars and grasshoppers are all after your weed.
I second that insect related. Hopefully they have moved on . Good luck
Thanks, I have sprayed but I guess it didn’t help. What would be a good spray for these bugs? I used ortho 3 in 1 insect mite and disease spray. Sprayed twice in a month.
H2o/h2o2 (peroxide) mixed 75/25 or 50/50 spray is helpful. Captain Jacks (@GreenJewels that right?) food Grade DE clouds…
Try looking on the undersides of the leaves. They love to hide out. N look just before sun up and sun down. Little buggers are the devil!
I agree, bugs. Yes all of what purp said works. It always helps to find out exactly what type of bug so you can target that pest but H2O2 as purp said is a great option. With spider mites, I’ve had good luck with Captain Jack’s. Make sure to repeat your treatment in 3-4 days.
Spray straight 3% peroxide on the entire plant including the top soil layer and outside of the pots. Wait 24 to 48 hours and apply either BtK (Safer) or Spinosad (Captain Jack’s Deadbug). Both are bacterial strains benign to humans, pets and plants but lethal to insect pests like thrips, mites, caterpillars etc. but takes 5 days to work. To break the lifecycle you have to repeat this twice more. Spray down the walls of your tent with disinfectant like peroxide or 50/50 isopropyl alcohol and water. You can use the alcohol in this dilution on your plants too and nukes the more persistent bugs. You won’t need it for mites.
