Where did all the spots come from

What would cause brown rusty colored spots on leaves, PH burn from PH levels to high?

Ph too high or two low, improper or lack of nutrients, and maybe leaves being sprayed with something at wrong time.

Purchased better PH tester, hope that does the trick. Doesn’t appear to slow growth down at all. Thanks for the help and I’ll be in touch I’m sure!!
