When to raise par and do u change light cycle

Running 2 wwa light cycle is now on 18 and 6.

You don’t change or at least most don’t the light cycle with autos. 18/6 works fine for autos.

Thank u very much when it starts flowering how do u work the par?for example shouod i crank it up to 1000 par?

I’m not the par man, @Nicky may can help with that. I generally turn my lights up at the start of preflower through week 6 then back down to prevent foxtailing.

If possible try to download photone app it will help give you, your DLI and that can help you dial in where you need to be
