When to plant my seeds

A question from a fellow grower:

Trying to figure out when I should my Gold Leaf seeds. Here are some particulars:

  • I live in Southern California.

  • Where they will be placed the plants will get about 7 hours of direct sunlight a day.

  • Per the details page on the website, the flowering period for Gold Leaf averages 63 days.

  • I can’t let the plants get taller than 6 or 7 feet. I intend to top them–once, so as not press my beginner’s luck.

When might be a good date range to germinate/plant this strain in hopes of growing it 5 to 7 feet tall, given the location and conditions?

You can go ahead and get them started inside and transplant them when you want . Also inside is a lot easier to keep them safe from critters till they get a little stronger . Besides that I only grow indoors good luck
