I dont have any experience with autos, but there are plenty of people here that do, I believe @blackthumbbetty is one of them, but I have no idea when to start feeding an auto. In the meantime.

FFOF is hot so you may not need to give veg nutes much if at all butin flower GJ will give you lots of help on that
I use happy frog.i also use fox farm nutes but my current grow I’m using megacrop. Your girls should have everything they need for the first month. Ocean Forrest is a little more hot so you may be good for about 6 weeks. I start feeding my auto girls in happy frog at 4 weeks. I start with 1/2 strength. If they look happy with it, I increase to regular dose according to the FF schedule. Do you have a copy of the schedule?
