How soon do you switch from a white light to a blue light on seedlings ???

I start mine with a 55w 6500k cfl

4500k to 6500k is the best for veg and seedlings… those color ranges will keep your plant healthy and vigorous vegging… :wink:

I don’t think seedlings need very strong blue light. You could just add blue to your white right from the first node. Just don’t make it too strong for the first couple of weeks.
