A customer has a question and I hope we can get some opinions on it, thanks.
“I would like to know when to harvest based on the strains that I have received. I bought White Widow, Blueberry (FEM), and Pineapple (FEM)? What do I look for in these specific strains since all are different in determining ripeness.”
Always go by the tricombest, you want them cloudy maybe slightly amber
I always check the finish time from each breeder. A lot of the same named strains finish different. For the most part you can add a week to all breeders time line. Harvest when trichomes are just starting to turn amber. Thrichomes turn amber as they start to die. With a small percentage of amber trichomes then your plant has put out all the resin it can. Always a good idea to keep track of your trichomes. Early amber trichomes can be a sign of problems.
