Whats's Up! No Response received

I have sent two email correspondence to customer service with no response. I’ve been asking “why does it show I have 879 VIP points and have only 229 available.” According to the VIP page all my points should be available 14 days after receipt of payment. My last order was received April 2020, but still all my VIP points are not available.
Can some explain the criteria for VIP points and why exactly all mine are not available @ILGM.Stacy and/or @ILGM.Support.

I have the same issue. Multiple attempts to communicate via email and the only reply I ever receive are repeated emails from support with my original message replied back to me verbatim. I have 100 points from a friend referral that are 3 months “pending”.

No problem, seems I am not the only one. Exact same thing, an image of my inquiry but no response.
