It looks like Calcium deficiency to me… add Cal/Mag?

IMHO I actually see Phosphorus and Cal/Mag deficiency. Get a good Cal/Mag and for phosphorus I use a liquid bone meal. Remove the effected leaves and watch for more… most likely at the bottom growth

Of course, always make sure the ph of your soils is good first. You can do a soil slurry test. Do that before you try remedying it with amendments

Also water to at least 30% runoff 1) to help keep salt buildup in tow and 2) so you can measure the PH of the runoff
