What's wrong with this girl?

Hey guys,

Could you please take a look at this picture? What’s wrong with these leafs? They curling up in some weird way!

Without knowing more, I’d say they look under watered or exposed to heat stress, but experts will weigh in. If you can, filling out this ticket helps the triage process.

Soil in pots, Hydroponic, or Coco? brand?

How often do I water and how do I determine when to water:

PH and TDS of runoff or solution in reservoir?

What is strength of nutrient mix? EC, or TDS.

Any other info you think is pertinent:

Kinda looks like they are starting to taco. I read about leaves taco’ing and the reasons stated were- heat, light damage, high N, overwatering as well as underwatering. Oh and ph issues.

Thanks for reply,

Not sure about soil PH.
Also here is picture of another baby struggling with some strange leaf problem

Thanks. If possible, can you take the pics with regular lights on? It’s tough to tell with the blurple lighting. We need you to be specific and as thorough with the detail in that support ticket.

For starters, maintaining a healthy pH of your soil is critical to your plants survival and harvest. If you do not have a digital pH meter, digitial ppm meter, ph up and down, and 7.0 reference solution, for starters, you cannot control the soil’s pH. Here’s some examples from Amazon. Do you have these things an have you been pH’ing the water into your soil?

Ok, cool, I will get more equipment and find out soil PH asap

Great. Also, if you are interested, there’s a bunch of reading in this link if you are new to MJ growing. Download the grow bible. It’s not a heavy read and choc full of good info.

How far above the plants is your light. For a blurple led, start at about 24", then lower it as needed.

Can’t tell shit until you post a pic taken in white light

Sorry couldn’t get pic in white light.
I checked soil PH tho, it’s 7

Those soil pH meters aren’t accurate. The digital pH and ppm meters allow you to measure what’s going in and what is coming out of the runoff. It allows you to assess whether your soil is setting up your plant for success. 6.5 is your target if you are in a soil.

How far above the plants are the lights? 24"+?

Light is about 15 centimeters away.

What device you suggest for accurate measurements of acidity of the soil and water?

15 centimeters? That’s really low. Try 18-24 inches.

15cm is too close. I would back them up to 60cm.

The things you need are listed in my post above. I use Amazon for my needs.
