What's wrong with my plant? Second grow

I’m growing 2 critical kush under an led light using bottled nutrients, potting soil and 3 gallon pots. I’m 38 days into flower and only one plant is doing this. It has been going on for about 10 days now. Almost all the sun leaves look like this or worse. My other plant is very healthy, maybe 3 of the biggest sun leaves are starting to look like this

Need more info, ph, ppm etc?

Ph of the run off reads 5.8. Don’t know ppm but I’m mixing as per the directions on the bottle

Rusty spots is usually a calmag issue, always be careful following the bottles feeding schedual, all plants r different. Use it as a guide line and mix abit less in my opinion. U need to read ur plant and not a bottle. I will tag some others to help

Soil should be fed and watered with a ph between 6.3-6.8. You’re going in at 5.8 and that’s more than likely your problem. Nutrient lockout due to improper ph can cause all sorts of issues. I’d flush with phd water until you get the ph in range and I’d shoot for 6.5 :v::bear:

I’m having similar issues I just haven’t been able to afford a good ph pen…I just moved and car took a dookie on me so ph pen and light build are on hold but yea also could be a potassium issue matty’s right flush and go back in PheD a tad under reco.ended dose …see how she reacts then go up or down from there depending how she likes …its not going to magicaly go away either this damaged leaves will through you off to think problems still not solved even if you get your ph in range sometimes problem will persist for a day or 2 after might even look like it’s getting worse … (most leaves that get damaged like that should snip it off) you correct issue…its a plant not a machine u no things unfortunately take time and I know when your having an issue last thing you want to do is wait and see if its rectified

Definitely a lockout of probably Calcium (which cannot be absorbed if the soil pH is under 6.0) and Magnesium.

Potassium issues tend to show yellowing starting from the leaf tips/edges, as well as actual rusty spots, not necrotic spots between the leaf veins.

I flushed and the runoff was 5.12. Definitely a lockout then. What do I do with those leaves? Strip em or leave em?

I would prob take the worst ones off @Jeff1. Your plants are already stressed so don’t want to aggravate them any more than you have to.
Peace for now. :v:

Those leaves aren’t totally wasted, yet. I’d get her pH up to where it needs to be, then start strategically pruning off the worst, once she starts recovering.

What I’ve done in the past with the damaged leaves if I didn’t want to completely remove the leaf was to just remove one tip of one finger of each of the damaged leaves if I didn’t want to remove the entire leaf while working to correct the problem this way I could more easily tell which leaves were showing the signs and if more of them develop issues I would more easily tell that based on finger tip missing or not.

How high off the plants are the lights? You said you were using a 300W LED, not the 1500W LED yet, right?

They’re in week 6 of flower so they’re under a “1500w” led. I’m not sure about the true watts. They’re about 18 inches from the top of the canopy

I’m thinking that’s too close. Anyone else? Are the top leaves tacoing?
Or is that picture just from lower leaves?

That picture is from the middle. The top leaves are doing the same as the bottom. My other plant is super healthy though and about 8 inches taller. The light is 18 inches above it

Same everything with the healthy plant?
