You’ll probably need to post some more pictures and info before anyone can make a diagnosis.
Get some closer pictures of the affected areas and give us some info on your girls and your grow. How long have they seemed unhealthy? Are you feeding nutes? If so, what and how much? What soil? How often do you water and how much? Do you let the soil dry between waterings? Do you check PH?
