Who is the manufacturer of these lights? We’ve recently found that some manufacturers are lying about using LM301 diodes when they are not.
Can you please post links to the products so that we can look at them and provide good advice?
Diodes are either Osram or Samsung. Rarely both. It makes me question the statement.
There are 2 varieties of LM301 diodes; the LM301b and the LM301h. The LM301h diodes are the most effective, but LM301b diodes still perform well.

I’m not a fan of Vipar or Vivosun, but they both have an increasingly good reputation. Either light is probably fine. I would go with the Vipar since they confirm LM301h diodes. The LM301h model is about 10% more efficient that the LM301b model.
